By accessing or using the Ziplis HR website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Ziplis HR provides a cloud-based human resource management platform, including employee data management, attendance tracking, leave management, payroll processing, and recruitment tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration.
5. Payment & Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Ziplis HR reserves the right to change its fees upon 30 days notice. Your continued use of the service constitutes agreement to the new fees.
